At Sweet Amber and Bloom, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

To be eligible for store credit, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be mailed back and received at our facility within 14 days of the original delivery date. Items received after this 14-day window will no longer be eligible for return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is approved, return instructions and the return mailing address will be provided.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of stains, perfume, or damage
• With original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. If you no longer want the item, you may return it for store credit once it has been delivered, provided it meets our return requirements.

• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit once the item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) only

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories
• Items purchased during promotional sales
• Seasonal or holiday items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
